DeleteE is not correct because in that case we could not create the snapshot so there is no point to execute it.

This is what I heard in a training.
But I think Full Access will only for the records which the user which is below in Role Hierarchy owns.
It is A not C.
DeleteUser above in Role Hierarchy can see what the user below them can see, but they will not have access to those records, i.e., they cannot edit those records. They will have access, only if the user below them "owns" the record.
