  4. It seems to me that it is c.

    User above in Role Hierarchy can see what the user below that user can see.
    This is what I heard in a training.
    But I think Full Access will only for the records which the user which is below in Role Hierarchy owns.

      User above in Role Hierarchy can see what the user below them can see, but they will not have access to those records, i.e., they cannot edit those records. They will have access, only if the user below them "owns" the record.
